Gear-up is an essential part of the baseball season ramp-up. This year, we decided to focus on the off-season grind of the greatest athletes. We wanted to go behind the scenes and dig into the athlete mindset of the off-season. It’s arguably the most important part of the year for the elite and it’s the quiet, repetitive work during this time that creates the greatest.
