Man Crates is not your standard gifting brand... Your gift comes to your door in a wooden crate and a crowbar – and it’s up to you to figure out how to get in.
They came to us needing a Father’s Day Campaign to get to the guy that matters most – Dad. We landed on “However You Dad”. It is a universal truth that being a dad is no walk in the cart and with it comes some fails, wins, and everything in between. We sourced user generated photography and content to show off these “However You Dad” moments and how we can always celebrate dad with a Man Crate.

Our dad content falls into three categories: fails, heart-warming, and heroic. Our content strikes a balance of fails and wins to maintain a higher caliber of However You Dad.
We wanted the product photography to have a bit more personality, authenticity, humor, and disruptiveness in a sea of very similar photos of “man products”.
Inspired by the work of Nadia Lee Cohen, we created quirky product laydowns that told a deeper story of what the heck these guys get into with these Man Crates.
